Steer clear of wearing perfume in the area that you wear your Sugar Mouse items, because the chemicals in it can react with the brass and Tibetan silver that I use and turn a little ugly!
Similarly, I do not recommend bathing or showering whilst wearing your jewellery: keep dry and store carefully.
Brass and Tibetan slver, being alloys, can develop a patina over time. This can look pretty rad, but if you prefer your jewellery to look sparkling and new, rub a little bit of Brasso into brass, or administer a gentle buff with a cloth for Tibetan silver.
If something horrid befalls your purchase within a month of purchase, I am happy to do what I can to fix it free of charge. Beyond a month, you can buy spare chains etc from me for £1.00, and I will happily fix your item for a further £2.00 charge (this just covers posting it back to you!).
